Contractual obligations

As part of the services we provide for contracts and quoted works, we will sometimes need to access the devices which you store our company data. The services include backups, hardware maintenance, remote software support and data recovery. We will only access your devices/data if authorised via a support ticket/quoted work (PO or signed go-ahead), phone call or email. We will access/copy/edit/delete files upon authorisation from the supported party. Your data will only be stored on secure devices. All access is audited via our support tickets which covers remote and local access. For cloud services we may use third parties dependent on your requirements, please contact us if you have any concerns regarding third party policies.
